How To Roast Baby Back Ribs In Your Oven

#GrillMasterRecipes: How To Roast Baby Back Ribs In Your Oven

Baby Back Ribs are a staple of the BBQ, however, you do not need a grill or smoker to make some killer ribs.

This is a great recipe on how to get it done in your oven. And while Baby Back Ribs are more popular, high quality St Louis Spare Ribs can also be cooked exactly the same way. You can also go with our Iberico ribs!

It all starts with high quality ingredients. You will notice it makes a huge difference!

How To Roast Baby Back Ribs In The Oven

Step #1: Rub the rib rack with your favorite rub.

We used Adams Rib Rub which is fantastic. But you can use the rub of your choice (we have an awesome selection). You can make your own rub or stick to salt and pepper.

Step #2: Place a couple of cold butter chunks on top.

Butter makes ribs better. They add flavor. Trust us on this.

Step #3: Cover in foil.

The foil will help distribute heat evenly and keep them juicy and awesome.

Step #4: Preheat oven to 350F.

Slow and low is the way to go. That said, this recipe is for those who want to be practical and have those ribs today!

Step #5: Cook for 2.5 hours.

Step #6: Uncover rack.

We added some of our FANTASTIC Japanese BBQ sauce on this step.

Step #7: Turn oven up to 400F and cook for another 10-15 minutes (until browned).

This is going to help the sauce caramelize and give the ribs that delicious finish.

Step #9:  Rest for 10 min.

Let the juices sink in. 10 minutes is enough.

Step #10: Cut and serve!

You actually do not want "fall of the bone ribs." If ribs fall of the bone, all you did was overcook the ribs. Ribs should just pull of the bone to make them an easy eat. If they do not, then they are under-cooked. Basically, your ribs should have a little chew to it!
