DFV-AAMP Quality Competition for Sausage and Ham hosted in Madison, WI, similar to the one held in Frankfurt.They should be BOILED. Best served with a cold beer on the side (for individuals 21 and up).
Each pack contains 4 links and weighs approximately 1 Lb.
Refrigerate this sausage for up to a week or freeze for up to two months. They are cooked, so just heating them will suffice.

Happy Anniversary!
My husband had been craving Weisswurst for quite some time. Our anniversary was coming up and because I knew he had served in Germany for many years, I wanted to find him the good stuff.
